    This individual's primary responsibilities will be to foster positive employee relations by ensuring consistent and fair application of company policies and practices. Other responsibilities will include:

    • Recruiting and staffing enabled workforce
    • Training and development of enabled workforce, leadership, and site workforce
    • Assisting with benefits, payroll, accommodation requirements, etc.
    • Community partnerships relating to recruitment and case mgmt. of enabled workforce
    • Coordinating employee events
    • Assisting with the safety and security functions
    • Providing guidance regarding the interpretation and application of company policies to management and employees
    • Collaboration and application of related grants and assistance.

    Required Skills:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interactive effectively with a diverse workforce.
    • Excellent listening, communication, oral presentation, and writing skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
    • Ability to travel occasionally.

    Required Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Master’s degree in vocational/Rehabilitation Specialty, preferred
    • 8+ years professional Human Resources generalist experience, preferably in a production environment with an emphasis on employee relations.
    • Thorough knowledge of employment law and the principles and practices of effective Human Resources management.

    SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must have flexibility/availability to work a retail hours/scheduling; this includes days, evenings, weekends, holidays and/or special events.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as listening skills.
    • Must have outstanding customer service skills.
    • Previous Customer Service/Clerical/Office/Administrative experience is highly preferred.
    • Retail and/or service industry experience a plus.
    • Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience and/or proficiency with computerized-based systems and technologies, i.e. Windows, Microsoft Office, POS Systems, digital/mobile devices, etc.
    • Ability to meet all physical demands and requirements of the position.
    • Education: High School Diploma and/or GED Equivalent and above.
