    To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

    • Assist with managing the overall Quality Management System, IATF 16949.

    • Manage internal audit schedule and conduct internal process audits

    • Initiate, track, and drive audit corrective actions to closure.

    • Manage document control system

    • Maintain and update standard operating procedures to IATF 16949 standards

    • Lead IATF audit preparations and ensure site readiness

    • Conduct annual documentation reviews with leadership team to ensure accuracy and compliance

    • Track departmental KPI’s and report to plant leadership

    • Access customer portals to review scorecards

    • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives

    • Assist QEs with GR&R studies, capability analysis and various other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.

    · Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.

    · Maintain high standard of housekeeping in the work area.

    Required experience :

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum five (5) years' experience in quality system management.
    • Must be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
    • Must be very detail oriented and organized.
    • Certified as IATF 16949 Lead Auditor preferred.
    • Trained in AIAG Core tools preferred.
    • Metal stamping / welded assembly background preferred.
    • Knowledge of standard manufacturing systems, processes, tools, and procedures.
    • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office software.
    • Ability to read and write in English and perform mathematical calculations.
