Title – Contract Specialist - Paralegal preferred
Location: Owings Mills, Maryland - Hybrid Local Candidates.
Base Salary - USD $75,000 to $85,000

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree; working knowledge of theory and practice with a specialized field.
The theory and practice of contract management and of a corporate paralegal.
Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
Experience: 5-7 years

Essential Functions:

Drafting Contracts:
Using authorized formats, draft for review by Office attorneys, agreements (e.g., HIPAA BAA, employment agreements (including physician agreements), leases, service agreements, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, and various types of bonus and retention agreements.
