Administrative Assistant / Member Services Representative
Job Description
The Administrative Assistant/Member Services Representative is a key employee on our team. The right candidate will be flexible, work well with others, and possess the ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities. You will have direct contact with members on a daily basis and if a problem arises, you should be able to handle resolution in an efficient, friendly manner.

Responsibilities
· Act as the point of contact between executives and members/vendors/other parties.
· Screen phone calls and visitors. Take messages and route correspondence.
· Perform administrative tasks such as: data entry, copying, scanning, filing.
· Maintain member database and member paperwork, updating contact information as needed.
· Process payments in member database. Receive payments by check or credit card.
· Prepare correspondence and meeting minutes.
· Prepare reports using Excel and Access platform.
· Conduct research and/or projects as assigned.
· Provide administrative support to all internal office staff.
· Other duties as requested.
Requirements
· 2 years administrative assistant or similar experience
· Familiarity with office systems and procedures
· Strong working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications, including familiarity with MS Office suite
· Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to proprietary software
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
· Minimum Education: Associates Degree
THE POSITION IS FULL-TIME, 8AM – 5 PM. RELIABLE ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED.
STARTING WAGE $24.90/HR. + FULL BENEFITS
