SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - Required

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to provide outstanding customer service with efficient, professional, and effective communication. Must be able to network both in residential and commercial settings, as well as build and maintain rapport with all potential and current customers.

2. Versatility in a fast-paced environment. Must demonstrate the ability to control multiple tasks through organization and time management.

3. Motivated to succeed. Must be a self-starter who does not need to be micro-managed and who is able to independently complete tasks.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - Preferred

1. Sales Experience. Ability to use vast knowledge of our services and expertise to provide customers with the ability to make the best and most informed decisions.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

1. HS Diploma or Equivalent

2. Valid Drivers License and Vehicle

STRUCTURE & COMPENSATION

1. Paid training will be provided on all aspects of roofing and restoration of residential and commercial properties - including product, process, sales, etc.

2. Successful Sales and Restoration Specialists will use their knowledge and skills to earn the business of residential and commercial property owners who need assistance in repairing their properties after inclement weather events (hail, high winds, tornadoes, etc.)

3. Leads that are generated by the company will be distributed as they are available.

4. We will be servicing the DFW area per areas of damage and necessity.

5. You will be compensated through an aggressive commission structure with the ability to earn $85,000-$120,000 per year.
