Job Description

This graphic designer position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the vibrant, lively culture of our evolving architecture office, providing clear visual branding that refines and strengthens our firm’s messaging through various media. This role will allow you to take your visual communications and marketing skills to the next level, coordinating and delivering a wide range of marketing and graphic material for print and digital platforms.

MOST OF THE THINGS YOU’LL WORK ON:

• Design print and digital media content, including preparation of proposals and report documents, marketing promotional materials, videos, website content, and presentations
• Understand and adhere to brand guidelines and apply corporate templates as applicable
• Manage creative and production workflow processes - providing creative advice and direction, producing timely deliverables, and ensuring quality control  
• Collaborate, communicate, and provide support effectively within the Marketing & Creative Services Team
• Assist with preparation, coordination and development of various graphics and media products 
• Maintain project files in a highly organized manner
• Ensure that a high level of professionalism and quality is communicated through graphic design across all platforms, and through the use of visuals for the office and our projects 
• Collaborate, communicate, and provide support effectively within the Marketing  & Creative Services Team for the western region.

Qualifications

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor of Arts; Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent is preferred 
• 1-3 of experience in A/E/C industry is necessary to produce design print and digital media content, preparation of proposals and report documents, marketing promotional materials, videos, website content, and presentations, report documents, marketing promotional materials, videos, website content, and presentations
• A portfolio that showcases your work with the content we are seeking support with.
• Strong skills in Adobe programs, Microsoft Office Suite, and website maintenance and design experience with WordPress and other website platforms
• Ability to provide creative input and suggest different ways to communicate marketing messages
• Able to work in a fast paced, demanding atmosphere
• Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and effectively manage the timely delivery of work against short deadlines
• Strong communication skills and an ability to take direction well
• Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities and communication styles
• Be a strong team player with a desire to produce excellent work

This position can sit remotely, but will support the Western region and corresponding time zones.
