Job Description

The Pompano Beach office is hiring a Junior to Intermediate Software Developer to join the Intelligence Team. The Intelligence Software Systems team deliver, operate and maintain complex information technology projects and push the limits of systems engineering. Our talented groups of systems professionals do more than just infrastructure deployments, write software code and debug – they make a significant impact on the design and development of state-of-the-art projects globally.

MOST OF THE THINGS YOU’LL WORK ON:

• Assist with the design, development (full stack), support and maintenance of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) software applications.
• Utilize software programming skills working with a team of developers and engineers to design and implement leading integrated applications.
• Experience with all aspects of software engineering / development life-cycle.

Qualifications

YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:

• Currently (already) eligible to work in Florida (US Citizen or Permanent Resident).
• Minimum 4-year bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with web development including HTML, JavaScript, Angular/Typescript, CSS/SCSS, and Web debugging DevTools.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with .NET/C# and ASP.NET Web APIs.
• Professional experience with Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio Professional and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Some familiarity with AngularJS, PrimeNg, Ionic, PWAs and native Apps, XCode and Android Studio, Microsoft Reporting (rdlc).
• Comfortable with working in a dynamic team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-motivated, self-starter.
