Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with hands-on experience in IBM Datacap and FileNet technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent document processing and content management solutions that streamline business operations and enhance digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy solutions using IBM Datacap for intelligent document capture and data extraction.

2. Configure and customize IBM FileNet P8 and Content Navigator to support enterprise content workflows.

3. Integrate Datacap and FileNet with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BPM) using APIs and connectors.

4. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

5. Optimize performance and scalability of content management solutions.

6. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing applications.

7. Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.

8. Stay current with IBM ECM product updates and industry best practices.
