    Experience

    10+ years experience required.

    OMS architecture and implementation

    Proven track record of multiple IBM OMS implementations for large retailers

    Strong understanding of product capabilities and limitations.

    Excellent hands-on experience in customization of DOM Pricing Inventory Call Center Store Supplier Collaboration modules

    Experience with Nextgen OMoC 2.0

    Expertise in customization of next gen call center and store order management

    Deep expertise in IBM OMS including containerized or cloud versions Java Angular XML XSLT REST or SOAP web services and microservices

    Expertise in both B2B and B2C implementations

    Deep understanding of Sales Order Procurement Orders including Purchase and Transfer Order flows

    Strong understanding of order lifecycle inventory management invoice processing payment processing tax integrations and reverse logistics

    Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills

    Experience in agile development environments and leading cross-functional teams

    Good to Have :]

    Experience with cloud platforms containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and integration technologies (Kafka MQ ELK)

    Preferred Skills :

    IBM OMS certification(s)

    Experience with performance testing and tuning of OMS solutions

    Familiarity with DevOps CI or CD and observability tools

    Experience in retail commerce and omnichannel order management

    Understanding of Agile working model.
