Communicate the value of our homes and lifestyle offerings to positively influence purchasing decisions.

Maintain ongoing contact with buyers throughout the construction process, ensuring satisfaction and resolving concerns.

Stay sharp by attending weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and reviewing industry publications.

What You Bring

Strong listening, negotiation, and closing skills.

Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.

Organizational skills and multitasking proficiency.

Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Positive attitude, attention to detail, and weekend availability.

Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license.

Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.

High school diploma or equivalent.
