Revitpay is a boutique payment processing working in the retail and ecommerce space. If you own a business and want to find ways to take credit card, ach, and other forms of payments, you would contact us. We help businesses monetize their products and services to optimize their profits. Currently, we are looking for a Director of Sales that will work with our tight knit team. Most of us have worked for the company for several years, we offer a fun yet hard working environment that rewards people for their contributions. Come be a part of our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Train the new sales representatives and help them close the more complicated deals

· Create call scripts to help the sales team prospect for new potential merchants

· Distribute the leads obtained through our marketing campaigns

· Obtain new prospective merchant via your own network of business contacts

· Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes

· Understanding of how to position products against competitors

· Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals

· Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 7 - 10 YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE IN THE MERCHANT SERVICES INDUSTRY REQUIRED

· College Degree any major acceptable

· Ambitious, good communicator and has an entrepreneurial spirit

· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

· Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

COMPENSATION:

· $65,000 - $80,000 Base salary (depending on experience) with commissions and potential bonuses
