As ICOMM continues to grow, we are looking for people with strong Excel skills, accounting knowledge, and customer service focus to fill the role of Telecom Expense Analyst.
The Telecom Expense Analyst will maintain and evaluate telecommunications service records for ICOMM’s clients, including wireline and wireless services, and assist with customer requests. This includes evaluating telecom carrier statements, assisting in managing the inventory of telecommunication services, reviewing contracts, reviewing and paying invoices, and managing billing disputes. In addition you will provide help with financial reporting including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, & responding to ad hoc customer requests. Ideally, candidates would have proven experience with invoice management and processing and customer support. It is a plus that they would also have experience working with telecom providers via email and/or phone, and understanding their terminology, but this is not a requirement.
