JOB TITLE: Lifestyle Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Lifestyles Coordinator will be responsible for creating, planning, marketing and executing a comprehensive social agenda for the residents, overseeing the operations and setting direction for the community programs, events, classes and activities. This position will also include assisting the property manager with administrative duties in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards.
Essential Job Functions:
Plan a varied monthly activity calendar addressing male and female, active and passive, in-house and outside activities. Additionally, the activities should address the preferences of the residents
Add all events to the club calendar and update as needed
Send out reminder emails about upcoming events
Post all charges for events to the owners accounts
Conduct satisfaction surveys after certain events, to get owners feedback on event
Post all pool bar charges to owner’s accounts in a timely manner
Assist with the monthly community newsletter
Coordinate clubhouse usage and owner rentals
Maintain positive relationships with outside vendors
Answer phones and assist owners to the best of your ability
Send out new owner packets and enter all information in the system once returned
Maintain owner listings with current contact information
Perform other duties as assigned and which relate to the success of the property.

Education/Experience - Must have obtained a minimum of high school equivalency.
Language Ability - Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business information. Ability to properly write business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public in a friendly and genuine fashion.
Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Computer Skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint – Previous experience with Tops or other management software is a plus.
