• Develop, design, configure and roll out new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB solutions.
• Design, develop and configure ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB modules, including Discovery, service Mapping Event management and configuration Management.
• Provide software configuration and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third-party software integrations.
• Create integrations and process automation using API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services.
• Work on ServiceNow Development concepts, ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures related to ITOM Discovery processes.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary fixes or enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor - Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (will accept foreign education equivalent)
• 5 years experience

NOTE: Work Location - various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.
