    JOB TITLE:              Manufacturing Coordinator

    MANAGER:            Site Operations Manager

    COMPANY:           ICP Construction, Inc.

    LOCATION:             Waukegan, IL

     

    PURPOSE & SCOPE:

     

    The Manufacturing Coordinator will work closely with offsite ICP Customer Service and the onsite Production team using our ERP system to ensure orders are received, entered into the plant production schedule, updated as needed and order fulfillment schedules are communicated back to Customer Service.  Once orders leave the plant the Production Assistant will enter shipping information and close the orders.        

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Assisting with will call pick ups.
    • Assembling and shipping sample sets.  
    • Managing inbound and outbound trade show and marketing goods.  
    • Shipping ground packages. 
    • General front office related tasks such as greeting visitors, routing phone calls, sorting inbound mail, ordering supplies, etc.   
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently. 
    • Must have strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel.
    • Previous experience using Sage 500 or similar ERP software is preferred, but the successful candidate will be trained.  
    • Must be dependable, a fast learner and a self-starter capable of completing a variety of tasks efficiently with inimal supervision.  
    • Must be customer service oriented and be able to interact positively with our external and internal customers.
