    Job Status: Full-Time

    We are looking to add a motivated, versatile, and professional Corporate Projects Assistant to support both the President and Vice President of the family of companies. Not your typical Corporate Assistant position, this role will spearhead projects in a variety of functions including real estate development and operations, accounting, human resources, and banking!     JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    This role will be responsible for providing high level administrative support for the President/CEO and Vice President. The individual will assume administrative responsibility for projects that may be complex and/or involve company-wide impact and confidential issues.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assisting the President/CEO and Vice President with efficient and effective management of multiple companies, projects, and tasks.
    • Utilizing strong business and financial acumen with organization and access to company brokerage accounts.
    • Administrative duties as required, such as preparing President’s correspondence, scheduling, Senior Management minutes, proposals, agendas, presentations, and other documents.
    • Providing an elevated level of customer service with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels.
    • Completing projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, working with others, and problem solving.
    • Preparing and distributing company memos to multiple committees/departments on a weekly/monthly basis for various meetings.
    • Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
    • Managing technology set-up and use for international video and meeting conferences.

    Required Skills

    • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
    • Desire to learn and increase responsibility over time.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to dissect project needs and challenges.
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills, dependability, flexibility and enthusiastic participation of change and innovation.
    • Strong knowledge of the MS suite of products to include Word and Excel.
    • Familiarity with general office equipment (i.e., computers, phone system, fax machine, etc.)
    • Ability to interface well with all companies of the Parent Company and to represent the President and Vice President in a highly professional manner.
    • Excellent interpersonal, reading and writing skills necessary to communicate effectively with businesspeople by telephone, in-person, and written format.
    • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with strong project management and time management skill sets.
    • Attention to detail in coordinating airline and business travel and other limited personal assistant duties as needed.
    • Independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.

    Required Experience

    • At least 3 years’ current or recent experience as an executive administrator; or experience in a related-business administrative setting.
    • Real Estate experience or exposure is preferred.
