    Job Description Responsible for assisting Beverly Hills Branch Operations Manager and Private Banking team as needed on administrative, operations, and customer service related matters.

    • Provide excellent customer service to both internal staff members and external customers.
    • Assist Operations Manager and Private Banking team with daily processing of customer information and requests by performing various administrative, operational, and clerical functions, ensuring timely and efficient transaction execution.
    • Serve as intermediary between Relationships Managers and all other departments within the Bank.
    • Receive, review, and process customer requests and inquiries accurately and expediently.
    • Assist in the review of daily reports, temporary overdrafts, and funds transfer requests.
    • Perform wire call backs and input wire transfers into system as needed.
    • Assist in the preparation of new account opening including KYC and Compliance process.
    • Assist in cash management servicing as needed.
    • Process Annual Account Reviews.
    • Provide back-up coverage for teller position and operations support for both Beverly Hills and DTLA branches.
    • Adhere to the guidelines set by Compliance Department.
    • Work on special projects when requested by either his/her direct supervisor or Beverly Hills Private Banking team.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree preferred
    • 1-3 years’ experience in banking industry or related field
    • Customer service skills
    • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills both written and oral
