    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Passenger Service Representative (PSR) - Dispatcher is responsible for safely and efficiently performing passenger terminal service functions such as manifesting, weighing and escorting all outbound intra and inter-theater passengers and baggage, transporting all inbound passengers for in-processing and baggage collection, resolve customer complaints, ensure flight schedule is accurate, verify travel documentation, and complete security screening in accordance with the performance work statement. Reports to the Passenger Service Supervisor.

    • The Passenger Service Representative shall dispatch all vehicles and passenger services personnel to aircraft to upload and download passengers and baggage.

    • This position shall ensure the flight schedule is accurate with GATES and displayed for all passengers to view.

    • Frequently review the flight schedule and update immediately upon notification of changes.

    • Perform flight set-ups in GATES and verify that all travel documentation is enclosed in the flight package and passenger manifest packet.

    • Ensure that all Sequence of Events (SOE) times are met and that all passenger upload/download start/completion times are updated in GATES.

    • Ensure that all outbound, intra-theater passenger Force Protections checks are completed.

    • Responsible for providing Aerial Port Services on a 24/7/365 basis.

    • Will build and tear down pallets.

    • Performs other duties as assigned

    • Security Clearance:  Must have and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance

    Required Skills

    The Passenger Service Representatives shall review and be familiar with AMCI 24-101 V14 Attch 1, Glossary of References and Attch 7, Standards of Performance.

    Physical requirements may include lifting up to 70lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.

    Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current, valid U. S. Passport and U. S. or Local Driver’s License.

    Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to deployment.

    Must be able to pass MOD15 employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.
