    Pinehurst Surgical Clinic is searching for full time Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic located in Pinehurst, North Carolina. We are searching for compassionate, forward-thinking Physical Therapist who optimize patient-centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses and devising creative, effective team-based treatment plans in accordance with the doctors’ orders. Our Physical Therapist combine evidence based physical therapy practice philosophies along with onsite patient information and imagining studies ensuring the best clinical outcomes for our patients.     JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

    • The Physical Therapist /PT will provide direct patient care.
    • Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred but not required.
    • The Physical Therapist/ PT will evaluate, develop and administer detailed treatment programs with specific goals defined by the patient’s capacity and tolerance and in accordance with the doctor’s orders.
    • Educate patients about the bio-mechanics of their body’s natural movement to prevent additional injury and to promote wellness.
    • Communicate with physicians, team members and patients to ensure a consistent level of care and improved quality of life.
    • Perform daily documentation.

    REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:                     

    • Current state license or actively in the application process.
    • Current CPR certification.
    • Must have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program.
    • Authorized to work in the United States.

    SUMMARY OF DUTIES

    • Oversees contract budgets and other financial requirements
    • Manages available resources to provide uninterrupted quality security services to covered locations/areas
    • Responsible for monitoring and tracking contract performance and compliance with contract deliverables
    • Evaluates operational activities and determines methods for productivity improvement
    • Communicates with the contracting officer, corporate management and vendors to satisfy contract requirements
    • Oversees development of scheduling
    • Analyzes task orders and determines staffing requirements, hires personnel, procures vendor support, equipment, and materials, and oversees implementation and vendor agreements
    • Coordinates invoicing, billing, contract modifications, and task orders
    • Responsible for maintaining a good working environment to include human relations, payroll, and ethics compliance
    • Complies with company-wide safety program, cultivates an active safety culture, and promotes quality in performance and customer service
    • Responds to employee grievances
    • Implements and manages quality assurance programs
    • Provides financial and performance status and progress reports to corporate management
