    ROLE SUMMARY

    This newly created role will support the President, Chief Client Performance Officer and North America leadership team in strategic initiatives to continue to accelerate growth and increase profitability for Ipsos North America. Great opportunity for a management consultant to transition to an in-house consulting role with further opportunity for career mobility into a service line or function at Ipsos. This is an individual contributor role with opportunity to work broadly with stakeholders across Ipsos’ 18 service lines and support functions to drive transformational change that will help Ipsos to continue to outperform competitors.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE LOCATED IN EITHER THE EASTERN OR CENTRAL TIME ZONE (ROLE IS REMOTE ELIGIBLE).

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Working closely with leadership across North America, develop business growth and transformation strategies

    Proactively identify, prioritize and structure approaches to pursue business opportunities, including opportunity investigation, analysis, project design, resourcing, and communications

    Build and implement effective project plans, rallying extended teams and utilizing change management approaches to seed new ways of working

    Assist with CEO communications (content development) for town halls, leadership team project follow-up, leadership offsite workshops, etc.

    Sample projects could include:

    • Designing the future of work for Ipsos North America
    • Taking our client retention program to the next level
    • Innovating our use of external data and data science to increase competitive edge
    • Enhancing our commercial approaches
    • Improving dynamic dashboard metrics for more effective data-driven decisions
    • Implementing scalable solutions for more efficient and effective client delivery

     QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, economics, engineering or another analytical field. Masters degree a plus, but not required
    • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience, more preferred
    • Prior management consulting or Fortune 500 strategic planning experience required and essential
    • Demonstrated ability to define and implement growth strategies and translate into practical actions with metric-driven operating systems
    • Proficient analyzing data and developing high-level business cases; must be advanced with XLS and/or other data manipulation tools
    • Experience leading multiple projects with changing priorities or complexities to address
    • Organizationally savvy, high EQ, change management experience
    • Ability to forge strong partnerships and influence people across all levels within a broad, geographically dispersed business
    • Excellent time management; makes timely decisions and prioritizes work based on impact/importance
    • Overachiever in verbal and written communication, especially with Powerpoint – concise and effective
    • Market Research industry knowledge a plus, but definitely not required
