The Lead Role Player works directly with the role players ensuring they meet the needs of the contract. Conducts overall management coordination and furnish liaison with the Government while training is being conducted. Implements training plans and work schedules developed by the Civilians on the Battlefield (COB) Manager and the Government; supervises COB's activities.
- The Lead Role Player (LRP) will be responsible for up to fifty-one (51) Role Players eachthat may be assigned to their respective SURF/FTX training events.
- The LRP will supervise Role Player activities, ensure Role Players are in the correct uniform and have the proper equipment, props and materials per the TI and are in the proper location to participate in training.
- The LRP will ensure the Role Players are in character when participating in training.
- The LRP will maintain accountability of Role Players hours worked and coordinate with Lane Supervisors (NCOIC/OJC) to ensure Role Players meet the current training requirements.
- The LRP will ensure that issued clothing is laundered and accounted for by hand receipt DA Form 2062 or DA Form 3161 and/or internal contractor accountable type documentation as required.
- On sustainment or non-training days, LRP will be available by cell phone but not necessarily on site unless requirements dictate.
Required Skills
- Individual(s) must possess a minimum of five (5) years' experience and at least three (3) years' experience as a role player team leader or assistant site manager.
- Required to work directly with the role players ensuring they meet the needs of the contract.
