POSITION OVERVIEW:

MUST BE A US CITIZEN TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION.

• Plan, design, and manage relationships with lease owners of buildings and grounds, as well as manage the associated support personnel.
• Responsible for coordination of compound operations and maintenance, including but are not limited to:
  1. Space and workplace planning
  2. Budgeting
  3. Lease management
  4. Renovations
  5. Facility planning and design.
• Ensure that facilities meet Government regulations and environmental, health, and security standards.
• Responsible for monitoring the facilities to ensure that they remain safe, secure, and well-maintained.
• Assign and allocate Contractor-provided housing and other TO resources.

Required Skills

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess either:

1. A Master’s degree from an accredited institution and three (3) years of applicable work experience.
2. A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing facility design and management projects.
3. A minimum of one (1) year of this experience must have been supervisory experience.
4. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and six (6) years of applicable work experience.
5. A minimum of five (5) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing facility design and management projects.
6. A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been supervisory experience.
7. An Associate’s degree from an accredited institution and nine (9) years of applicable work experience.
8. A minimum of seven (7) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing facility design and management projects.
9. A minimum of three (3) years of this experience must have been supervisory experience.
10. Ten (10) years of applicable work experience providing facilities services and/or government related facilities services programs.
11. A minimum of six (6) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing facility design and management projects.
12. A minimum of six (6) years of this experience must have been supervisory experience.
