  • Responsibilities

    Responsible to perform services at the site on an as needed basis daily. Each day the Maintenance Technician Level 1 will be given work assignments that range from repairing doors, greasing, lubrication, basic troubleshooting, care of kitchen equipment, appliances, cleaning in mechanical rooms, etc. The Maintenance Technician Level 1 position requires some mechanical and electrical aptitude, and hands on skills. Ability to come up with creative solutions in the field to problems is a requirement for this position to handle abnormal / unusual circumstances. Maintenance Technician Level 1 employees must have the ability to lift industry standard weights and have the ability to walk long distances daily.

  • Qualifications
    • Creative, strategic thinker with a strong business background.
    • Experience supporting highly available backend servers (Linux and/or Microsoft)
    • Demonstrated experience in leading high performance teams including growth, development and promotion of high potential employees and performance management of those employees not meeting expectations.
    • Collaborative leadership style able to forge relationships with customers, peers, executives and employees.
    • Strong operational leadership experience including building teams, reorganizing teams, and smart-sizing teams to meet business requirements.
    • Strong change agent skills; able to move employees, partners and customers to accept changing business models at Idemia.
    • Extraordinary technical and/or customer capabilities which allow for effective communication of technical and business information to customers, service and product teams.
    • The goal of this position is to unleash passion and results from our employees for the benefit of our customers
    • Strict control of confidential information is a must. We are the stewards of a great deal of information from our customers, our employees and our company. This leader understands how to have an open transparent leadership style while respecting the appropriate confidentiality.
    • 10 years related experience and Bachelor’s degree
    • Domain knowledge/experience in information technology and ITIL best practices strongly preferred.
