As a growing company, we are excited to add a strategic Integrator & COO to join our team and help guide our company in the right direction. In this role, you will get the chance to work with both our creative and leadership teams to help with the execution of projects and the expansion of our company. With your background in operations management and a growth mindset, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with both internal and external individuals to oversee day-to-day operations and develop and implement strategies.
As the Integrator & COO, you will:
- Oversee all major operations of the company including sales and marketing, human resources, and business development
- Act as liaison between the leadership and creative team through effectively communicating and collaborating with both groups
- Monitor overall progress and health of team members by ensuring projects are on track and resolving any issues that may arise
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement plans to further the business and meet long-term goals
- Establish performance measures to track company progress and manage our time and resources
- Create, integrate, and execute strategies to diversify and expand our client base and find new opportunities for growth and expansion
- Research and implement new tools and processes to increase efficiency and better optimize our projects for both our employees and clients
- Manage client relationships through providing excellent communication and customer service
Here are some qualities that describe you as our ideal candidate:
- You possess 5+ years of experience managing operations in a professional services organization (background in media production or related industry a bonus!)
- You demonstrate strategic and big picture thinking and ability to implement new ideas quickly.
- You are great at managing projects and responsibilities and juggling many moving pieces while focusing on top priorities.
- With your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you provide clear direction, build rapport quickly, and enable collaboration between teams of varied personalities and work styles.
- You have high energy, a positive attitude, and ambition to shape the future of the company (proven success in business development and expansion a plus!)
- You are technologically savvy.
