    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The CUSTOMER SUCCESS ASSOCIATE is responsible for delivering an amazing client experience for newly enrolled members and looking for opportunities to assist them in reaching their credit-related goals. They make proactive, outbound calls to educate customers on IDIQ product and service offerings and ensure customers maintain their subscription service.

    • Make outbound calls to newly enrolled members to discuss all IDIQ has to offer
    • Thoroughly review a member’s credit profile and determine opportunities for upsell/cross-sell
    • Educate and finalize any onboarding steps new members may have overlooked
    • Collect feedback from members to improve the client experience and/or product offerings
    • Work closely with other successful team members to refine the engagement process
    • Proactively contact potential members that did not fully complete their enrollment and finalize the process

    Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:

    • 2-4 years of experience engaging with customers over the phone
    • 1-year experience in credit and/or financial products and services.
    • A strong passion for great user experience and meeting member needs
    • Strong analytical skills to make fact-based decisions and to document the evidence that led to those decisions
    • Ability to sell members third party offers to help meet their financial or credit-related goals
    • Ability to navigate proprietary systems and CRM platform to manage and track engagements
    • Ability to function in a team environment
    • Ownership & Driveability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-through and a focus on owning the outcome
    • Influential and Persuasive - seen as a trusted advisor
    • Solid understanding of members, goals, and offers that benefit the member base
    • Unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and driving results for yourself and your team members and stakeholders
    • Experience or familiarity with the topics of credit reports and identity theft
    • Knowledge of CRM systems, workflows, and automation

    POSITION DETAILS:

    The hourly rate of pay for this position is $17.00 per hour and is eligible for overtime (non-exempt). This position receives a commission of 10% of third-party monetization revenue. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week). Days of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (some evenings, weekends, or early mornings) or as scheduled by your supervisor.

    THIS POSITION IS ONSITE AT OUR TEMECULA OFFICE CENTER.  HOWEVER, DUE TO COVID-19, OUR COMPANY IS CURRENTLY WORKING REMOTELY. ONCE OUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT RE-OPENS, THIS POSITION WILL RESUME IN OUR OFFICE. WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY CONSIDERING LOCAL HIRES FOR THIS POSITION, AT THIS TIME.
