Job Description
The Membership Specialist is responsible for providing basic customer support and product retention to our members who contact our call center by phone. You'll learn the art of active listening and apply your problem-solving skills to de-escalate customer concerns. Calls may include but are not limited to assistance for account access, personal information updates, billing questions, enrollment help, and account cancellations/retention.

Position Details: This is a full-time, hourly position, (40 hours/week). Current available shift is 10:30am-7:00pm during the work week, and from 9:30am-6:00pm on Saturday. This position is onsite at the Tampa Office.
Pay: The hourly wage for this position is between $17.50 for English only, and $18.50 for bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) depending on experience. IDIQ is currently offering a $600 sign-on bonus for bilingual agents. Sign-on is paid out after 90 day introductory period over a 6 month period.
