    Job Description

    The Marketo Email Marketing and Automations Specialist will lead our marketing efforts through design and implementation of email journeys to win-back non-engaged customers, remarket to interested prospects, develop lead generation journeys, plus grow the entire email strategy. The Marketo Email Marketing and Automations Specialist will also own the management of Marketo and the integration of additional automation platforms. The day to day for this role will be to work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations departments to create new and effective email marketing campaigns for both consumer and B2B.

    • Develop and manage comprehensive email marketing strategies using Marketo to increase email conversion, win-back customers, and increase brand awareness and more based on vertical need.
    • Works with Director of Marketing to manage email marketing projects and performance reports.
    • Provides stakeholders with periodic reports, providing suggestions and refinement to improve on campaign efforts.
    • Measures success of email campaigns against KPIs.
    • Analyzes campaign and email performance data to develop insights and makes recommendations on areas for optimization.
    • Develop multiple campaigns across multiple different brands.
    • Manage the different needs between B2B and B2C campaigns.
    • Collaborates with stakeholders to move the email marketing projects forward.
    • Serves as strategic point of contact for customer surveys, responsible for gathering information from the stakeholder and creating intelligent surveys.
    • Analyzes customer behavior to identify customer segments for use in email marketing automation.
    • Develops documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
    • Own engagement and cross-sell email campaigns to educate and incent and re-engage customers.
    • Own integration and automation tools to connect multiple marketing and business platforms.
    • Creating well-written copy that is free from mistakes.
    • Collaborating with graphic designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs.
    • Maintaining a database of customers who have opted to receive our correspondence.
    • Manage API connections with Marketo to other data sources within company.
    • Own all aspects of Marketo integration from forms to webinars to email triggers and automation.
    • Performs other related duties and projects as required by management.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum three (3) years of experience related to email marketing.
    • Expert in Marketo.
    • Previous experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics.
    • Proficiency using technology integration and automation tools such as zapier, integromat, and make.
    • Proficiency in Excel is a requirement: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF formulas are your friends.
    • Understanding of CRM platforms like ZOHO.
    • Proficiency in creating and maintaining effective email journeys.
    • Experience marketing a subscription product is preferred.
    • Experience with a house of brands is preferred.
    • Experience marketing a subscription product is preferred.
    • Experience with credit, financial services and/or cyber security a plus.

    Additional Information

    Position Details: This is a full-time, salaried position (40+ hours/week). This position is a hybrid position with 3 days a week onsite at the Temecula Office.

    Pay: The pay range for this position is a minimum of $70,000 to a maximum of $90,000 annually. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
