Job Description
Headquartered out of Chicago, the individual in this position is responsible for providing superior service to customers in Ohio and surrounding states.
Responsibilities include the following:
· Order processing and related customer assistance (Picking, Packing & Shipping)
· Assisting Locksmith customers by phone and in person for over the counter sales
· Using the computer system to provide information on price and availability
· Manufacturer/vendor contact for factory orders & product information
· Light Warehouse work (Receiving & Restock Shelves)
· Maintain accurate Inventory records
· Review Sales & Inventory reports
· Maintain a clean and organized operation
This individual should excel in a team-oriented work environment – working with other team members to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded and providing contributions that support customer retention goals and company/branch growth objectives.
Key working relationship
The successful candidate will work closely with the Cincinnati Branch Manager and other team members throughout the organization.
