JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST  IDR is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our clients growing team in Sacramento, CA! The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Business Analyst for IT related projects!  This role will start off remotely but the candidates will be expected onsite for the duration of the project once COVID restrictions start to lift. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST:

• Facilitate business requirement gathering sessions with Product Owners and Business Teams
• Capture meeting minutes, action items and follow it through closure
• Work closely with Product Owners and Business Team to document business requirements and translate those into functional design document
• Work with Developers to handoff business requirements and specifications to develop design technical solutions
• Work with Testing Team to provide walkthrough of the Functional Design and review Test cases
• Draft functional design document, use cases based on the Business Requirements from the Business Team 
• Support System Testing, UAT and other Testing Phases providing design clarifications, evaluating the defect etc.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST:

• 4+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst on IT Projects 
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall delivery models 
• Bachelors Degree is highly preferred
