Company Description
Shiloh is a community-based residential and day treatment program located near Pearland. We serve students who qualify for special educational services including, intellectually disabled, emotionally disturbed, and autism based on their full and individual evaluations (FIE). We are a TEA approved facility and follow all state and federal laws and guidelines regarding education. Working with local districts, we implement services identified in the student’s individual education plan (IEP). Our students all have severe challenges, and our goal is to reduce their barriers to progress, while providing a collaboratively therapeutic approach to address all needs, so they can return to a less restrictive educational setting successfully.
This position will cover areas of ARD facilitator, state testing coordinator, and compliance coordinator. The coordinator will facilitate the ARD process for students receiving special education services in our out of district program. They will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure documentation in the ARD paperwork is high quality and accurate. They will also oversee other areas of documentation and state testing for compliance and quality.
