    IERF is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented professional to join our client support team. Our Client Support Advocates counsel IERF applicants through the evaluation process primarily via email, assist with any changes to their applications, and log communications into our system. The candidate must be organized, mature, and articulate, while also demonstrating a high level of initiative. Additional duties may involve liaising with our institutional clients and other administrative tasks, as needed. This position is on site in our Culver City office. However, in time, a hybrid schedule that includes remote work from home may be considered. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUESTED: U.S. associate degree or higher General office experience, particularly in customer service Friendly, professional, and articulate, especially in writing Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS 365 (e.g., Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) Ability to interact with multinational clientele, especially those whose native language is not English Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of clients Ability to prioritize duties, multi-task in a fast-paced environment and apply common sense when carrying out duties Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently without supervision Ability to work as a team player Strong work ethic Ability to perform duties accurately and in a timely fashion
