    Position Summary: This position will be responsible to develop, estimate, sell HVAC Projects and/or Services. This position will target strategically significant clients in the Owner Direct community. This is a role that heavily focuses on building relationships with a limited number of accounts to be determined by sales and operations leadership. This role is intended for a HVAC professional with estimating and/or sales skills Responsibilities: • Estimate Propose and Sell Projects. Expand existing customer relationships directly with owners. • Articulate strategic significance of pursuit and only invest in highly qualified opportunities utilizing our sales management tool Pipedrive. • Forecast opportunities in Pipedrive during the selling cycle. • Create project estimates and proposals. Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. • Demonstrate a consistent process driven approach with both estimating and Sales • Coordinate and document quotes and proposals with vendors. • Obtain, review, and approve subcontractor scopes of work and quotes. General Responsibilities: • Qualify potential customers to ensure alignment with Goals and Objectives. • Meet clients to seek understanding of expectations and align our proposed solutions with those expectations. • Ability to estimate and propose projects and or services. Working Conditions: • Availability for traveling on-site for duties as required which may require time afterhours or weekends • This is an office based and customer site-based position. Although not regular, evening and weekend work may be required • Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds, and must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time • Sales Professionals work under a variety of conditions and in various settings, depending on the type of job and client Requirements/Needs: • Minimum of 3 Years’ Experience as an Estimator/Sales Professional and combination thereof in HVAC or HVAC related business • Ability to read plans and specs. • Ability to estimate mechanical projects with limited training • Advanced MS Office and MS Project skills. • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards. • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects. • Time management and organization skills. • Safety minded • Self-Starter and capable of working remotely with minimal management. • Ability to fulfill many roles as needed for the growth of the company. • Entrepreneurial Spirit.
