IES Custom Staffing is hiring immediately for Customer Service Representatives in Idaho Falls! If you're a student looking for your first job, we encourage you to apply!

Starting pay is $9.00 per hour with the potential to increase.

JOB DUTIES:

• Answer any phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Use of computers and other office equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Communicate with others in a professional and friendly manner.
• Solve problems and resolve conflicts as they arise.
• Verify information.
• Maintain records and keep them up to date.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must have a good work ethic and excellent performance history.
• Must fill out new hire paperwork.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and computer skills.
• Able to work in a team or individually.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
