Job Description

We are hiring immediately for Customer Service Representatives at a call center in Idaho Falls. As a Customer Service Representative, you will gain valuable work experience in a fast-paced office environment. Aspects of this position include transferring calls to the appropriate personnel.

This position includes potential work from home opportunities.

Part-time and full-time positions are available. We are currently hiring for a day shift with flexible hours.

PAY IS $8.75 PER HOUR.

DESCRIPTION:

• Answer any phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Use of computers and other office equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Communicate with others in a professional and friendly manner.
• Solve problems and resolve conflicts as they arise.
• Verify information.
• Maintain records and keep them up to date.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must have a good work ethic and excellent performance history.
• Must fill out new hire paperwork.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and computer skills.
• Able to work in a team or individually.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
