IES Custom Staffing is hiring immediately for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be working in printing services, assisting individuals with W-2 documents and tax information.

Qualified candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English!

PAY IS $12.00 PER HOUR.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

DESCRIPTION:

• Possess excellent customer skills
• Handle high call volumes and conflicts that may arise
• Answer inquiries about products, complaints, practices, and guidelines
• Verify tax information and addresses
• Email and print customers documents
• Maintain records and keep them up to date

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Possess exceptional computer skills (Excel)
• Must have good working standards and ethics
• Capacity to communicate with others in a professional manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screening
