    ABOUT THE CAREER OPPORTUNITY:

    This is a newly created career opportunity that will provide support to the Sales & Marketing team and maintains admin updates, reports, charts as well as drives our email marketing, monthly newsletter blogs, online webinar events and industry campaigns. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Lead all marketing administrative tasks.
    • Support Sales & Marketing team members with project management and coordination.
    • Attend and participate in weekly meetings while keeping accurate notes, holding various teams accountable for follow up and deadlines.
    • Maintain meeting agendas prior to meetings and follow up by updating the project management tool with updates and recap notes summarizing all deliverables and next steps.
    • Assist our Principal responsible for sales & marketing with events and creative marketing for campaigns.
    • Manage multiple projects at any given time and successfully deliver high-quality results.
    • Promotes the utilization of new and relevant social media methods into the Company’s marketing culture.
    • Responsibilities are broken down by: 20% Marketing Admin Tasks, 30% Email Marketing, including list management, 30% Online Webinar Events and Creative Marketing and 20% Monthly Newsletter/Blog

    WHAT QUALIFICATIONS & TALENTS ARE NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Communications, Business, Marketing)
    • 1 Year Previous Experience in marketing or in a project management capacity, preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
    • Extremely organized, highly accountable, someone who takes initiative.
    • Ability to utilize all Microsoft Office Tools, including Excel.
    • Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge and previous experience with blogging preferred.
    • Previous experience working with Mailchimp, or another email marketing tool.
    • Experience with Project Management platforms such as Teamwork, Trello, Asana preferred.
    • Experience with Google Analytics.
    • Previous experience submitting co-marketing campaign proposals, tracking costs and evaluating Marketing ROI
    • One to One Marketing – Direct traceable Cause & Effect marketing experience
    • A/B Testing & proving out what works
    • SEO experience is strongly preferred.
