Job Description

Provide leadership to ensure effective and efficient delivery from  Global Consulting Delivery through coordinating and collaborating with global operational management in managing people-performance with a clear focus on business value; take on delegated operational tasks and authority from global operational management.

To devise and implement strategies to realize the vision, mission and purpose of the local organization in compliance with administrative, financial, legal and regulatory frameworks.

To manage and lead a local organizational group; take responsibility for the line and HR aspects and work environment.

Qualifications

• University degree, or equivalent professional qualifications, in a field relevant for the technical and/or functional area of responsibility along with 5-10 year's hands-on experience in a leadership role
• Ability to prioritize and take decisions
• Used to presenting, leading, and inspiring people
• Good understanding of the business application processes for our target customers/Services.
• Continuously strives for finding improvements in way of working and team collaboration
