    Founded in 2007, Ivy Gate (www.ivygate.cn) is an education service and consultancy organization with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Qingdao, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Dalian, Wuhan, Chongqing, New York, and Boston. Specializing in serving Chinese families, IvyGate helps students and young professionals successfully make transitions to U.S. colleges and universities. The company has seen tremendous growth over the past few years and is now looking to build high performing, international teams that will be able to bring the company into its next phase.

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Achieve sales targets and outcomes on schedule.
    • Coordinate with other members of the team and team leaders as needed to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
    • Provide initial educational consulting to prospective clients through online tools, phone calls, and walk-in visits.  
    • Work closely with marketing team for planning and executing marketing events.
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending company trainings and reviewing professional publications.
    • Maintain positive customer relationships after closing deals, and periodically collect feedback from clients.
    • Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
