Key Duties and Responsibilities

Report and record all sales activity

Qualifying inbound leads and prospects via phone and email

Present and sell company’s products and services to new and existing customers

Prospect, plan and conduct routine visits with new and existing clients

Negotiating terms and conditions with clients

Organize regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service

Handle complaints and resolve issues to customer’s satisfaction

Ensuring all sales administration and customer service activities run smooth

Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree

1-2 years experience from a freight forwarder

Advance knowledge of logistical concepts and supply chain terminology

Driver's License required

Excellent Communication and presentation skills

Self-Driven & detail-oriented with outstanding organization skills

Ability to multi -task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Proficient in MS office programs

Salary

Entry Level Sales Representative: $40,000-$50,000

Sales Representative: $50,000-$80,000
