Key Duties and Responsibilities

Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation

Summarize and prepare financial status and transaction reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports

Review accounts and financial records to discover discrepancies and errors

Coordinate and assist in running audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements

Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

Perform various analysis on specific General Ledger accounts, budget to actual reports, or reforecast to actual reports.

Complete month-end, quarter end and year-end financial statements and other reporting items accurately and timely

Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

Work with AR, AP, and other departments as needed to resolve issues

Assist with financial statement preparation for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including consolidations

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline is desirable

Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English preferred

Minimum 5 years experience in the field

Experience working in audit firm (Big 4 CPA Firms preferred)

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Experience in logistics solution industry preferred
