    • Responsible for HR MIS and HR analytics
    • Handling of all queries from employees
    • Responsible for effective execution of monthly/Quarterly programs.
    • Ensuring proactive employee communications on Organization's process and policies
    • Responsible for smooth on boarding / Induction of all new joiners
    • Track employee escalations and take proactive steps to control escalations
    • Managing Exit Employees
    • Managing employee connect by regular one-on-one and skip level meetings.
    • IJP interviews.
    • Implementation of Statutory Compliance

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • The candidate should have a proven track record in the HR in BPO Industry
    • The candidate must have 4+ Years of Experience in HR
    • Exposure to Employee Engagement, Labor Laws and Human Resource functions
    • Knowledge in Policy Development and Implementation of Code of Conduct
