IH Services, Inc., the leading provider of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a floor maintenance tech-Experienced preferred but will train the right candidate.

Pay Rate: $12.00 to $14.00 per hour WEEKLY PAY!!

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00p.m. MONDAY THRU FRIDAY AND EVERY OTHER WEEKEND (Part-Time hours available as well) ****

Duties include:

• Dust mopping operating T 300 Auto scrubber
• General carpet cleaning and extraction
• Other cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must pass drug screen and background check and have reliable transportation
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to work alone or within a team is a must.
