Responsibilities: Track expenditures and stay within the budget to ensure company profit Audit the facility and address any quality deficiencies immediately Enforce safety guidelines across all departments Ensure a positive customer experience by changing to meet their needs when necessary Evaluate employee performance to make sure all company goals are being achieved Qualifications: Great communication and problem-solving skills Proven track record of 2 years leading and managing teams Preferred experience in housekeeping management role or related field Clean drug test, background check, and IH assessment Able to work well independently Compensation: $35,620
