About the Role:

Optimal Home Care Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Burnsville, MN. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals interested in In-Home Support (IHS) — training is provided, so no prior experience is required! Responsibilities:

Provide in-home support (IHS) services to clients in the Burnsville area

Assist clients with daily living activities including personal care, hygiene, and grooming

Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands

Accompany clients to appointments and community activities

Monitor and document client well-being and report any changes to supervisors

Build trusting, respectful relationships with clients and their families

Follow individualized care plans to meet each client's unique needs

Requirements:

No prior caregiving experience required — paid training is provided

Must be 18 years of age or older

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred

Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor

Ability to pass a background check

Dependable, punctual, and committed to client care

Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
