The IIC Provider Engagement Director is a strategic, full-time hybrid role responsible for two critical functions: maintaining high-quality Intensive In-Community (IIC) clinical services within a personal caseload and actively leading the expansion of the agency's clinical network through the recruitment, screening, and engagement of Clinician and Behavioral Assistants (BAs) throughout New Jersey.

    Clinical Duties:

Provide Direct Services: Manage an active caseload of 12 hours, delivering Intensive In-Community (IIC) to youth and families in the home/community setting.

Documentation: Complete all required clinical documentation, including assessments, Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), and progress notes, ensuring compliance.

Collaboration: Actively participate in Child Family Team (CFT) meetings and coordinate care with CMO Care Managers, schools, and other community providers.

Clinical Integrity: Maintain and apply the highest ethical and professional standards of clinical practice and continuous professional development.

    Engagement & Recruiting Duties:

Develop Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive strategy for the recruitment and retention of IIC and Behavioral Assistant (BA) providers.

Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, clinical professional networks, universities, and social media.

Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial professional screenings and comprehensive clinical interviews to assess licensure, experience, and fit with the agency culture.

Onboarding: Manage the provider pipeline through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coordinate background checks, verification of licensure, and preliminary credentialing paperwork.

Networking: Represent the agency at local job fairs, clinical conferences, and professional networking events to build talent pipelines.

    Administrative:

Internal Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between newly onboarded clinicians and the Clinical Director/HR team during the initial integration phase.

Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including candidate pipeline status, time-to-hire, and new hire retention rates.

Team Participation: Attend and contribute to weekly clinical and administrative team meetings.

Supervision: Participate in clinical supervision sessions as required to maintain the integrity of the clinical services provided.
