Responsibilities:
- Manage associate staff at various events
- Coordinate event activities including event setup and maintenance
- Support the business development team in putting together proposals and other supporting documentation
- Coordinate event logistics, timelines and schedules
- Manage marketing campaigns and other outreach methods
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our services
Candidates Should Possess:
- Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
- Demonstrable ability to master difficult concepts quickly and operate in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional relationship and network building skills
- Ability to work some nights and weekends for events and promotions
- Must have own vehicle to attend events
- Must be able to pass background check prior to hire
Experience in a business development role and a college degree are preferred but not required.
