Primary responsibilities include: generating revenue by introducing and selling corporate training products, onsite traditional, virtual classes, and on-demand courses. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Sales professional looking to develop and grow their sales skills. Responsibilities - Conduct persuasive, high energy telephone conversations with executives to identify needs and sell corporate training products. - High volume of telemarketing and selling, with the ability to develop rapport and conversation with new client contacts. - Proactively utilize resources to target sales leads, increase revenue and grow client base. - Create sales material to present to customers and identify additional revenue opportunities within a specific geographic territory. - Qualify, prospect and foster new business development opportunities. - Follow up on marketing generated leads and prospects. - Utilize CRM to maintain accurate, detailed notes, track leads, activities and metrics productivity. Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments. - Social media savvy, with the ability to leverage social media to develop sales leads. Qualifications - Well organized go-getter mentality, detail oriented with telemarketing experience and a demonstrated drive and initiative. - Achievement of quota and / or revenue goals with a passion for selling. - Comfortable on the phone, and able to overcome objections to close new clients. - Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong multitasking and organizational skills, managing multiple clients with multiple sales funnel stages. - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
