Territory Sales Representative (NE) - Major Appliance Manufacturer
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at ILVE, a leading, luxury appliance manufacturer. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong customer relationships, drive sales, and promote luxury appliances throughout Northeast territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with retailers, contractors, and other stakeholders; conduct face-to-face and phone sales presentations.
Product Promotion: Promote appliance products and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to inform sales/operations strategies.
Territory Management: Expand the customer base and review merchandising programs with customers.
Order Processing and Management: Process customer orders, manage damage claims, and monitor shipments.
Reporting: Maintain sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback for product development.
Team/Client Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
Training/Setup: Assist and setup clients with proper training, resources, and information to successfully display, demo and sell products. Download/Add to training library internally.
Scheduling/Time Management: Create a working schedule and routine/regiment to see all clients in a timely manner. Be able to manage day to day schedules/time and operations to meet quotas.
Events: Create, setup, coordinate, and attend events with clients, prospects, industry, and organizations. Be ready to create, pitch and demo presentations at events. Coordinate with marketing teams.
CRM/Lead Management: Ability to create and manage own book of business and leads generated by self and ability to create business opportunities.
System: Be able to navigate and input/look up information and resources regarding all things system related including CRM and training.
Reports to: Director of Sales.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English. Bilingual is a plus.

Microsoft Applications proficiency up to and including Outlook and Excel/PowerPoint.
Cloud Share access and knowledge I.E SharePoint, OneDrive, Google, etc.
Education and Experience:
Highschool Diploma required.
Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent or Higher preferred.
Minimum 6+ years of business development/outside sales experience.
Minimum 6+ years of sales and customer service experience.
Marketing Background is a plus.
Travel Requirements:
70% travel, 30% office time.
Ability to work long hours throughout weekdays and attend weekday &weekend events (as needed).
Require Transportation (vehicle/access to get to destinations hours away or to office).
Ability to stay overnight or stay for longer periods of time, away from home.
