Welcome to ILEAD! We are a grassroots company newly expanded to Houston, TX in need of some awesome people to join our customer service sales team! We specialize in grassroots Sales campaigns, working with the local communities to contribute to positive changes.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who put the customers first, enjoy problem-solving, are proactive and can use their initiative to exceed customers’ expectations. We are looking for people with a competitive edge, a drive to succeed and a desire to win to join our team today!

You will be acting as the first point of contact for our client's customer base at our promotional events. Representing our clients and selling their products is at the forefront of the role but don't worry - all sales techniques we can train! AVAILABILITY: 6 Full-Time Positions, 4 Part-Time Positions, Internships now available

COMPENSATION: $500 per wee basic salary with Competitive + bonuses & incentives, this will be discussed further at the interview stage

Please note: No experience is necessary for this position as we provide full training and ongoing support. This role would therefore be suitable for people who are looking to enter the workforce, school leavers or career changers who would like to be part of our fun team!

CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Our customer service & sales roles are varied meaning no two days will ever be the same! They say variety is the spice of life and variety is what you get in ILead. Responsibilities include;

• Stay up to date on new products, services, and policies
• Completion of the sales process from start to finish on a face to face basis (retail event based)
• Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognized and maintained
• Setting up, running and utilizing our promotional events ensuring the entire sales process is handled
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their needs
• Answering customer’s inquiries and providing excellent standards of customer service
• Ensure Adherence to processes to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction
• Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at ground level
• Involvement in motivational activities and implementing feedback and coaching
• Ensuring data security
• Increasing of the clients’ brand awareness through sales and marketing techniques on a face to face basis

CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Be able to work in the US legally- working visas welcome as well, unfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time
• Must be able to commute to the office in Houston, TX daily
• Must be 18 years or older due to client requirements
• No specific background is needed, however, interests in customer service, business, sales, marketing, or hospitality is welcome.
