SALES REPRESENTATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE - SUMMER BREAK VACANCIES

AVAILABILITY: 6 Full-Time Positions, 4 Part-Time Positions

COMPENSATION: Guaranteed $500 basic pay plus uncapped commission available (bonuses & incentives also included)

CSR DUTIES:

• Answering customer’s inquiries and providing excellent standards of customer service

• Assisting customers with product information and processing of sales

• Stay up to date on new products, services, and policies

• Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognized and maintained

• Setting up, running and utilizing our promotional events

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their needs

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Be able to work in the US legally- working visas welcome as well, unfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time

• Must be able to commute to the office in Houston, TX daily

• Must be 18 years or older due to client requirements

• No specific background is needed, however, interests in customer service, business, sales, marketing, or hospitality is welcome.
